Sesame Shishito Peppers

Oh man I looooooove Shishito Peppers! They so diverse, you can really make then with any savory flavoring and they work. Something about sesame is particularly tasty.
In a cast iron skillet with 1 Tb grapeseed oil and 1 Tb sesame oil, saute for 15 mins until scorched on all sides. Bowl it up and toss with salt to taste and sesame seeds!
